Most horror/thriller movies being made these days don't even cut it as horror despite script writers putting the horror label on them. This teen supernatural horror movie however has an array of things such as a superb cast and plot plus astounding execution contributing to it's excellence. Lucy Hale and Tyler Posey are some of the charismatic stars that many teens adore and they did justice to this movie. I know most teen horror movies involve kids going on vacations and during this time they engage in different activities which eventually land them in trouble. What if a simple game of truth or dare turned out to be not just a game but real one and also possessed with supernatural presence?? This is the dilemna that befalls a group of friends after taking a vacation in Mexico. The game seems simple with it's rules being 'tell the truth or die, do the dare or die, refuse to play or die' but will these friends be able to follow the rules of this game? Will they survive and if they do, will they still remain friends and most importantly, will they be able to stop this diabolical game? I have to admit, this movie left me thinking of the possibility of this plot actually being real. I won't spoil for you. If you're a fan of teen horror movies then this one is for you but if you're looking for gore and mutilation of breathing human beings then you might want to skip this one.
