A priest together with a young novice about to take her vows are sent by the Vatican to investigate the case of a sequestered young nun at a convent who commits suicide. They soon realize that they're facing a vile demon that has taken the form of a nun and they put their lives at risk in order to unveil the secrets behind the unholy ground they're on. Truth be told, with all the hype surrounding this movie, i expected something mind blowing but i was a bit disappointed. I wasn't even as scared of this movie as i was when the nun featured in the conjuring. The cast comprised of some really good actors but i can't say if it was the storyline that didn't come through as i would have expected. It's still Ok to watch but it's just not a movie that will raise the hairs on the back of your neck.
