A recent collage graduate with an ill-conceived plan decides to go to Somalia upon inspiration from his journalist idol. Just when he thought he had sent a casual email to the Somalian president's son  he gets called to come down to Somalia and get the necessary info for his yet to come book. Upon arrival in Somalia the aspiring journalist soon realizes that he has insufficient funds. Everything begins to take longer than he expected but he's determined to get his story no matter the cost. What I liked about this movie is that the Somalian setting together with the Somalis looked so real and the actors fitted perfectly into their roles. The main character, Jay did a good job playing a rookie journalist. His determination made this movie worthwhile. It would have been nice though if Jay  had managed to get on the boat with the pirates. That would have drawn viewers much closer to the problem of pirates but hey, it's still a nice movie.
