During the period of 1845-1848, Captain Sir John Franklin of the British Royal Navy leads two warships namely HMS Erebus and HMS Terror on an expedition to find the Northwest passage. However, misjudgment leaves the men on this voyage stranded and stuck in ice near the Arctic. The expedition consists of men only and of course with this so much testosterone in one place issues such as conflicting ideas, depleting supplies, betrayal and struggle for dominance can't be avoided. Right from the first episode you can tell that you're going to be captivated till the end of the season. The diverse characters will also make this worth watching. Oh, did I mention there's a demonic polar bear in this series as well? Ya there is one so if you haven't watched this one don't miss out.
